Amazing 9 BR Villa in Cap Estate

Villa perches on a picturesque hillside framed by lush, tropical gardens. Villa is the largest villa in the Cap Estate, a historical plantation site on the northern side of St. Lucia.

Villa’s expanded exterior provides several places for guests to relax and unwind. Sunbathers can lounge on the deck, float in the pool, or stroll down to one of the two beaches near the villa. Head to the sunset bar after dinner to enjoy fresh-made cocktails and stunning views, or enjoy a candlelit dinner and stargazing on the observation deck. There’s plenty of room for romance at villa, too. The hammock retreat, the hanging loveseat, and wood and stone benches all over the property create several quiet enclaves for alone time. Best of all, there is a treatment pyramid on the highest point of the property where the massage therapist waits to relieve tension and stress.

Peace and tranquility permeate every inch of Villa. Common areas and bedrooms fill both levels, so guests have ample space to spread out. The upper level holds the kitchen, buffet, media room, powder room, and dining area. villa’s dining area was designed for entertainment – the large table accommodates twenty people, and a flatscreen TV and stereo create the perfect place to watch sports or movies during dinner. The catering-size kitchen and buffet are set up with standard appliances, coffeemakers, a deep fat fryer, blender, food processor, a commercial stove with two ovens, a salamander and grill plate, two fridge/freezers, four sinks, and a self-serve coffee and wine bar. villa’s lower level holds a library and office with a stereo, phone, and workspace. WiFi runs throughout both levels.

Nine air-conditioned bedrooms with ocean views, ensuite bathrooms, and TVs are spread across villa’s upper and lower levels. The lower level holds five suites that are best suited for children, while the upper level holds four suites best suited for couples. Mango sits on the left side of the lower level and holds two double beds. The adjacent suite, Pawpaw, has one queen bed. Guava has two double beds and is identical to Mango. Almond has three double beds, a single bed, and a connecting door to Carambola, which has another queen bed. On the upper level, there is a master suite, Calabash, with a four-poster king bed, a mini fridge, a dressing area, a walk-in shower, and a bathtub. The adjacent suite, Tamarind, has a four-poster double bed and a balcony with a hammock. In the left wing, Nutmeg offers a king bed and a balcony with a hammock. Lastly, Cashew features a king bed and three ocean-facing windows.

Villa is maintained by cooks, housekeepers, a gardener, a butler, and a poolman. Several activities are within a short drive, including an 18-hole golf course, nature trails, horseback riding, and dining.
